“The hotel was under construction and no one warned us at all, very early we were awakened by the noise of wood cutters and hammer blows, the night before when I checked in" I asked for a room away from the elevator to avoid noise and they said they had nothing because the hotel was full to its capacity, which was a lie since what it really was for the construction, I stop by the lobby to talk about this with the manager, and they don’t have one available until tomorrow morning”
