“Perfect for our family of five! Spacious apartment with two bedrooms connected by a short hallway and bathroom — worked great for us, but note one bedroom is accessed through the other. The kitchen and the rest of the home were incredibly well stocked, and the dining and living rooms were beautiful and comfortable.Unbeatable location in the historic district, just a few blocks from the Riverwalk. Street out front can be busy, but parking was easy with a spot behind plus plenty of street...

“We had a wonderful stay. What a great little neighborhood. Anything we needed or wanted was within a 10 minute drive or a short walk. The home was immaculate. The decor was beautiful and the home itself was perfectly spotless. We would def stay here again when back in Wilmington. P.s. our pups loved the backyard and lounging in the sun. ”

“Cozy little house, perfect for the two of us. Nice kitchen, roomy bathroom, comfy bed. The screened in front porch was THE BEST and where we spent most of our time when we were at the house. The house's location was great and we were able to walk to restaurants and the riverwalk. ”

“This home was nice, cozy and peaceful. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept well. The owners responded immediately to any questions we had. There were also extra pillows, blankets and towels available. I would definitely stay there again!”
