Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort was amazing! The staff greeted us with smiles and were very helpful with answering questions and getting us into our condo. My family and I enjoyed how clean and spacious the condo was. We loved the ocean front balcony coming from the living section and the master king size bedroom.Both of my kids loved staying directly on the ocean and swimming and hanging out on the beach and in the ocean. My youngest child loved all of the swimming pools and the lazy river. We all loved sitting on the balcony while listening to the ocean and eating dinner on the balcony. I encourage anyone to book here. You will love it!

Ocean view room# 514, went out on the balcony facing the Ocean, the sliding glass door locked, and we were unable to get back into our room for over and hr and a half. My Husband's heart medicine was in the room, and he was past an hr. of when he was supposed to take. Had to yell and scream for our neighbors to call the front desk. Called the front desk 4 times and no one picked up. When we were rescued, we went the front desk and the person said that she saw the calls coming in and she just didn't answer the phone. When I asked to speak with the manager, she stated that she was the manager and then walked away to the back? Hotel was great, front evening front desk personnel needs to written up and trained on how to treat and communicate with customers. The dismissive lack of professionalism was not called for.
