.I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding my recent stay. I want to urge you to double-check your booking system, as the experience my family and I had was unacceptable. I booked a one-bedroom King suite with a living room pull-out couch and two TVs. However, upon arrival, we were given a standard room with just a single king bed. I explained the discrepancy to the front desk staff multiple times and showed them my receipt, but they refused to accommodate us, claiming they had no knowledge of the reservation and telling us to take it up with Expedia. This is despite the fact that we had called ahead prior to our arrival to confirm our room type. It took two hours of back-and-forth, and it was only after my son, and daughter all came down to the desk that the staff finally honored our original booking. This situation could and should have been resolved immediately. Instead, it was a ridiculous waste of our precious time. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure other guests do not experience the same treatment. Sincerely, Marvel Porter
