“my room did NOT have air conditioning and the maintenance staff was unable to fix that, when i asked for another room i was told there no rooms available. The staff did not try to assist me in finding another hotel in Wilmington that was part of the Hilton Tapestry or any other accommodations. My weekend vacation, which included concert tx and dinner reservations; ended before it even got started as i was unable to find a place to stay . “During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”
