"We had a good stay. Loved the place and the neighborhood. Was disappointed that the lights in the pool didn’t work. We had a canceled flight and was disappointed that customer service would not adjust our stay. Truth be told, we lost two days rental fees. Place was nice. When you rent to a cleaning manager, we’ll always find something not right. Customer service could be a lot better."

Things that could have been better: lack of basic necessities such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. "I surprised my daughter and her friends with a 21st birthday celebration. The property was large enough to accommodate everyone. There were 8 extra people including myself. The pool was an added plus as they went swimming at night and enjoyed hanging out by the pool. The ease of check-in was a plus and we were able to come and go without any problems. I would reserve this space again if I were to have another small gathering."

"House was perfect for our group. My mother-in-law (72) was able to find quiet places to chill. My boys (16, 14, 8) had so many options to stay busy with. My wife was able to work in the upstairs tv room without interruption. It was absolutely perfect. Love the themes, loved the proximity to the clubhouse, and easy of getting to Disney. I would 1000% stay here again and look forward to making more memories in the future."

"This is a really lovely house. We were a group of five adults and two children and it was perfect for us. It was all very comfortable, clean and well equipped - perfectly located for Disney but in a quiet residential area. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and responsive. We had a problem with our flight at the end of the stay because it was delayed until the next morning, but Otto helped us to arrange another nights stay at the house within a couple of hours which was so appreciated. ...
