"This was our second stay here, and once again we had a great experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean, both in the common areas and in our room. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Parking was plentiful and convenient as well. One thing we especially appreciated was how quiet the rooms were — we slept great and never felt disturbed by noise from other guests or outside traffic. Overall, this hotel consistently provides a comfortable and relaxing experience. We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was very clean, neat and well organized. The breakfast choices changed regularly and the small souflfle's were delicious. There was diligent staff cleaning and resupply breakfast items. The front desk staff was extremely nice and accommodating. "

"This was my fourth or fifth stay at Four Points Sheraton, and I have yet to be disappointed. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the maid service to the breakfast servers. Bonus is the on-site restaurant! Also, the beds and pillows are 5 stars!"

It seems very cool to have your employees have to make up excuses for the horrid place that management has created?"
