"Room was spacious and really clean. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Lots of choices and all fresh and well prepared. Travelled with small children and they were happy and felt safe. Staff were marvellous with them. Thankyou for a great holiday!"

" Noisy. Checked in late and was hoping for a peaceful night’s sleep. No such luck. Families and children running around the corridors at 11pm; people slamming doors and then not exactly quiet at 6am. Less of an issue as we also needed to be up early, but very frustrating, nonetheless. Staff were friendly and welcoming Pleased I’d only booked one night. Do not recommend. Very disappointed "

"I loved that there was a self serve laundry available for, guests, the view from the 6th floor restaurant was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit dirty, the food upstairs was not that good and a bit expensive for the size of the servers. The Indian food at street 32 was lovely"

"Ac was not so cold.complained couple of times.other rooms and their ac is perfect but twice we moved and both rooms the aircon is not cold.the internet was and is a nightmare.doesn’t connect.you literally have to stand outside of the balcony or go downstairs to use the net.they need to upgrade the televisions too.apart from that the staff are good "
