The front end staff was outstanding and extremely helpful. They helped us get our take away food very late at night. I would recommend them to anyone who is planning to travel to Oxford!!! Well done!!!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel 17-19 May and were greatly impressed by the hotel and in particular the staff and service they provided at this property. From the moment we were checked in by Erica and checked out by Nimisha the service was flawless. Every staff member was immaculately groomed and excellent ambassadors for the hotel. We were at the end of a ten day driving holiday around England and the staff, service and food at this property was of an excellent standard. Having worked in...

This is an excellent place to stay while visiting Oxford. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. Our room above the pub was large and nicely appointed.

Updated hotel , very nice, has AC and elevator (small). Right next to the University and shopping streets.

You could walk into central Oxford from this location if you have the time. Nice facility. Great breakfast. A little expensive.

Our stay was nice, the front desk was very helpful and kind to us. There was also a bus stop right outside the guest house, very convenient location! Would recommend.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Great location by castle and close to university. Room was tasteful and comfortable.

Truly excellent hotel with fantastic service. Food was best I have had in a hotel for years. Room was small but very well appointed and spotless. This is probably one of the best hotels to stay in Oxford. Well located, just a short walk to the city center.

St. Margaret’s was lovely and comfortable. The garden out back is nice to see, there was a good breakfast, and the room was exceptional.

It is rare to find something that has hit all high marks, but the Remont did it! I stayed a week and my son 3 nights, two rooms booked. The staff were the BEST- I meet Monica at check in and then Alex and another woman who's name I can't remember-sorry. All staff were professional and very conscious of the role of they play in the guest's satisfaction. Rooms were well designed, bathrooms roomy and the breakfast had a good variety- the cut fresh fruit was my go-to with a selection of yogurts and...

The friendly front desk staff helped us with our luggage, helped us find our way around Oxford, and helped with our departure day dilemma as well. The room was spacious, clean, and very simple, and included all the amenities. Interestingly, the room and the bathroom both had skylights, which we didn't know could be covered with the touch of a button (instructions when checking in would have been helpful, a tiny quibble.) The layout is interesting; our room was across the street from the main...

Wonderful staff

A wonderful, clean, and quiet space. We stayed on the top floor during the heat wave but it wasn’t too bad in the evening and the owner let us have an extra fan to stay cool. Highly recommended.
