“This was our third stay at Sandy Balls. The housekeeping staff work tirelessly and the units are always spotless. “The van was very clean and bedding was fresh. Towels were provided which was nice. The TV had apps like Netflix and prime on which was good. There were plenty of cooking utensils and trays/pans. “Stayed for 2 nights. 2 adults, 2 children and our dog. This place is a hidden gem in North Yorkshire. We had the most magical time. The Tree house and hut tub were pre heat for our arrival. Despite being very cold the little Tree house was so so cozy and remained cosy all night long after the fire had burnt out.
