About this property
Amazing property. Monthly rates available. Key Largo/Tavernier Home
- Our home is beautiful traditional Keys home with Dade county pine ceilings, marble floors, granite countertops, renovated bathroom. It is close to family-friendly activities, the beach and John Pennekamp park. Take the kayak to the "back yard". Bring your boat and go fishing, snorkeling or diving. Families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) Additional cleaning fee for pets.It is a very quiet, private location. Please keep in mind that this is not a "party house" and we do not rent for any kind of parties. We are in a residential neighborhood and we like our neighbors. We will not tolerate loud, excessive partying.
The dock is 60' but we already have a 26' boat most of the time lifted on the deck with davits. Still room for 20~27' boat. there are several boat ramps close by and enough room to store the trailer in front yard.
