“From the first phone call here, we were disappointed. I called to ask if we could check in maybe 35 minutes early. We had been riding bikes outside in the rain and were freezing cold and muddy; the answer was a flat no, that the rooms were still being cleaned. Check out is at 10 AM and check-in is at 4 p.m. That is more than enough time to clean rooms, and even if our specific room wasn’t ready, I’m guessing another one of the same type was within 35 minutes of check-in.
