“安靜、舒適，附近很多美食”

“Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at……

“The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.”

“很棒!下次有機會到這，會再選擇這間住宿!”

“感覺離吉隆坡有點距離，附近不知道有什麼景點！因為有活動在飯店旁邊舉辦，所以訂這裡！離會場很近，機能不錯！”

“Just next to the MRT station, very convenient! Staff are very friendly and responsive. The coffee shop is small but very comfortable and breakfast is good.”

Filtered water dispensers on each floor, and that was a bonus; bottled water also included in the room. It is convenient that the location is in a plaza, which includes laundromats, convenience stores, and restaurants.”

This is one of the main advantages of staying at this hotel, as there are plenty of options for food and activities within the surrounding area. However, there are a few areas that require improvement. First, the parking arrangements could be improved. Unlike some other hotels, the parking is not complimentary or reserved for……
