"The host and house were both equally fantastic. Though we didn’t use them, the private pool and hot tub were great additions, especially at this price point. The house was fantastic! Location, cleanliness, and amenities were all well above average. George was probably the best, most down to earth host that I’ve ever dealt with and I stay in the OBX 4-5 times a year for the past 10 years!! You won’t regret your stay at T•S•I•P•A•S!"

"This hotel is great for a low priced room at the beach. Unfortunately the sink was leaking, the main light in the room didn’t turn on and the phone to the front desk didn’t work and the beds were uncomfortable. It’s great for a quick trip to the beach. "

"The hotel is in the middle of renovations, so there’s that. Great location and check in staff was friendly. For the price we paid for an oceanfront room, the room was ok. It had been updated, but there were cigarette ashes on our balcony and hair all over our room floor. The bathroom ceiling had mold. The neighbors that stayed near us Saturday night were obnoxiously loud til 4:30am, but that’s not the hotels fault. "

"The room was decent. The bed was comfortable but the couch left a lot to be desired. Very uncomfortable and probably pretty old. The room itself had a housefly problem. I killed at least 8 during our two day stay. Probably won’t stay again if there are other options available. "

"We stayed four nights and our room was never cleaned, nor was the trash ever taken out. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The morning we were to check out there was no staff around to check us out and when someone finally showed up they just said leave the key on the desk so we didn’t get a receipt or anything. "
