Kimberling City Vacations from $492

Westgate is a well run resort with a lot of amenities. We've stayed there before and will do again.

Rooms were very nice and updated, help at the front desk was a nightmare. We had two cars in front of us who had difficulty getting into the property, as did we. At the front desk he gave us a card and said to put it on the dash to get in, no, that was not correct. Asked to upgrade our room because it was our anniversary and our view was a parking lot. That went nowhere, was told they would contact us to let us know and by morning still no answer. We checked out and found a place, not as nice, but with some water and trees for the rest of our fun time away from home. I then asked for the money for the “steak” that I did not eat, meaning our nights not used, and was told no refund would be given. I own a business myself and can not believe that they would take money not owed to them!

We had a great stay here. We were on the condo side and it was very clean. The full kitchen was really nice. I just felt like the check in was a little confusing. It was a little hard to navigate. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

The room was right by the elevetor which was very loud all night long.

Perfect as always! Thank you! -The Miller's
