I was pleasantly surprised to see it was clean and a pleasant staff. We were awakened BEFORE CHECKOUT by loud pounding on the door from housekeeping after an approved LATE CHECKOUT. UNACCEPTABLE treatment of guests. A reputable or even a cheap hotel should know that they are losing customers with those unprofessional business practices. Not to mention an unusable heater due to the horribly strong mold smell it emitted. I have stayed here many times before but I would NEVER AGAIN. Horrible service, worse housekeeping, a RUINED STAY. UNACCEPTABLE LIVING CONDITIONS.
