"My room was up stair near the front parking lot they have more than 1 building. at least 1 building is lake front. exterior is a bit run down from guests hitting walls with skies and other items, walk way floors are a bit soft and bouncy they sqeak in some areas its definitely a older building. I likely had the smallest bathroom sink in the building. my room smelled of cigarette smoke It was worse at night when the windows were closed. it had a small mini fridge and maybe 24" tv towels and bedding looked nice and white so they were likely clean. Id consider staying again if they room didnt have the cigarette smoke. "

"This is our second time staying at Edgelake and we love staying in these condos by the lake instead of a tiny hotel room. Relaxed home away from home style stays that help save money from eating out on vacation with the full kitchen. This unit was a little outdated and we couldn't control the temperature, which oddly enough meant we were to hot all night. Nothing wrong with the beds, per se, but not too my liking and I didn't sleep well. But it's literally on lake Tahoe and close to Northstar which check two big boxes for me in addition to a much more relaxing option than hotels. We will likely stay here again but would love to see a little upgrading. "

"Beds were rock-hard, and bedrooms tiny. Quality of lightbulbs in the main room was such an unappealing glaring white that we kept them off. Ceilings slope so that one side of dining table unuseable.Main problem was 48 hours of no snow shoveling the walkway and bridge to house despite multiple reassurances by management chatbots that help was on the way and that it had been "escalated". What a joke."

"The host was helpful and patient with all my questions. The kitchen is really equipped. We have 5 adults and 2 kids, and there is no doubt that we can cook a nice dinner even for celebrating the lunar new year! Strongly recommend this for families."
