"The room was large and clean with a nice view of the lake Not a fan of the check-in process, though, and how there was no one manning the front desk. I called and spoke with someone (as the protocol dictated) but they didn't send me the email or text with my room code that they promised would be sent "right away." I had to call them back after 15 minutes and then wait on hold for them to answer before they resent it. This is very impersonal and inconvenient check in system in my opinion. Not a fan of the early 10am check out time, either."

"Would rent again and here are some notes our group had:Carpets were stained and ripped in some spots. No AC and lack of shades or ceiling fan in main living space made for a bit of discomfort. Ice machine broken so every time you opened it ice spilled everywhere.Shuffle board not functioning.Also bright spots - adorable beach right across the street was not featured in the photos. Also bonus cleaning people were super friendly and told us we could check in early which was nice. All other amenities were great- enough towels for our group, functioning TVs, amazing lake view and great location walking distance-ish from the main part of Kings Beach. Amazing weekend had by all!"

"Our family had such a relaxing and memorable week staying at Ginger and Terry’s tranquil home in Lake Tahoe. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—there were freshly baked brownies waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch! The home was stocked with everything we could possibly need, and Ginger even provided treats for our dogs, making our pups feel just as welcome as we One of our favorite parts of the trip was spending each evening on the balcony, playing games together and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The amazing view of Lake Tahoe was absolutely breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of this spectacular view! After our fun-filled days, we slept incredibly well in the cozy, comfortable beds. Every detail of our stay made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated Ginger and Terry’s hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend this wonderful home for anyone looking for a peaceful Lake Tahoe getaway!"
