“We stopped here for a night and found the staff very helpful. Room was very quiet. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast was excellent. Very friendly place to stay. Would definitely consider going back. Beautiful part of the country too. Great parking facilities.”

“Very clean room and efficient staff. I gave 4 stars for the useful amenities only because I couldn't open one side of the wardrobe fully due to its proximity to the desk in the room and there was no counter space for toiletries in the bathroom.”

“Had a very comfortable stay at Smiddy Haugh. Very clean and comfortable room with nice toiletries in bathroom. Owners were very welcoming and made us aware of all relevant information, I.e. heating, dining, check out, car parking.
We had a delicious breakfast and would certainly recommend and visit again.”
