One of the best hotels if stayed in Japan and anywhere. Staff is great and rooms are spacious and clean. There are also several commodities for you to enjoy. Will definitely stay again. Convenient too as it as across Nara Station. Easily accesible to many areas.

Great stay and incredible breakfast buffet.

Great location, short travel to USJ. Wonderful staff, everyone is so polite at the hotel. Most likely, I will stay here again when I visit USJ again, granted I wasn't able to use their onsen due to my tattoos.

Very convenient located, closed to both metro station and UNJ. Staff were friendly and helpful.

In short it was perfect. Station right next door with none of the noise or heavy foot traffic and walking distance to many choices. And of course. Family mart next door was amazing. Great hotel! would definitely stay again.

Location was practical for traveling needs, and the hotel was very clean with many amenities.

Amazing hotel

Train station was 5minutes walk from the hotel. Though the room was on the smaller side, it was very fancy and had all the amenities and was well kept. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. They called us a taxi when we needed to get our luggage to the airport and walk us down and waited in the cold with us for the taxi to arrive. Great service!

We had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the property because it’s was on the side of the building in the alleyway but it was flanked by a Lawsons AND a Sugi Pharamcy (both of which we visited several times during our 4 day stay. The check in is on Floor 2 and staff was very friendly and helpful and quick! Our room was on the 14th floor and I selected a corner room with the hope it would be spacious enough for three adults. I love the options inside the hotel. The spa is wonderful. The have body and facial massages options. Convenient store and restaurant . They have an amazing view from the top floor and a pool open during summer times. We walked to the hotel from the train station. I truly recommend it.

Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.
