"Overall, our stay in Zurich was pleasant, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen was a bit challenging to use. The oven was complicated, and we were unable to figure it out, which was a shame. Also, the stove was electric, and we couldn't find any instructions. The bathroom was generally clean, which we appreciated. However, the soap wasn't restocked during our stay, even though the room was cleaned daily."

"Toilet didn’t flush well and elevator did not work had to carry our luggage down four floors."

"The only thing I wasn't too fond of was the lack of scenery because of the construction taking place directly across the street but the hotel has no control over that. I do want to highlight the young lady at the front-desk Aisha, she was genuinely awesome, I love her energy and spirit and her customer service skills, she is incredible and solution oriented. All staff especially the concierge desk team has gone above and beyond to make sure we have the best time staying in Switzerland . "Hotel Scheuble is a lovely, boutique hotel in an excellent location in old town Zurich. My room was super clean with a very comfortable bed and brand new linens. Slept so soundly! The morning breakfast outstanding and central reception lounge, super cozy and upbeat. Will definitely be staying here again next time I come to Zurich!"
