“Everything is great. The room is really spacious and clean. Breakfast contains lots of different choices. One little thing is that the vending machines at the entrance only take cash (temporarily; I guess there might be a problem with the sensors that need to be fixed?), which is a bit inconvenient for travelers that don’t have cash yet.”

Breakfast was generous, and both lunch and dinner were quite good too. A big plus is the shopping mall and food court just behind the hotel, which makes things really convenient. “I’m staying in room 501. I noticed that the carpet looks quite old and yellowish. I understand it has been cleaned, but it still appears dirty and unpleasant.”

When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it.……
