“Nice, newer hotel conveniently located directly off Highway 30. Easy access to downtown Valparaiso. I especially liked the floor was NOT carpet. Quibble - windows do not open. Breakfast was good. "Tina" at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Our room had not been cleaned. The beds had been made with dirty sheets covered in hair and fuzz. The floor looked as though it had not been vacuumed in some time. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The woman at the front desk offered me a different room, but the only one available was not large enough for my family. She provided us with some clean sheets, which we changed ourselves. She told me that I was the third person who had come to the front desk that day to say that my room had not been……
