“I give it 3 stars because of the communication with host. I requested an ocean view room at the beginning of reservation, a month before trip and two weeks before. The host stated they would put in the request with Marriott, but it was not guaranteed because it was on what was available. Two days before we arrived Marriott sent me confirmation that we were getting a Mountain View. I called to confirm with Marriott. Marriott shared that there were never any notes in reservation for an ocean view……

“Check in and check out was a breeze! So nice having everything within walking distance; CU, 7-Eleven, Daiso, Fisher Hawai’i, and the new pastry shop Paris Baguette all on the ground floor. As well as walking distance from night life! Room was comfortable and the bathroom bidet was so nice! 10/10 would stay here again. ”

“The room is very clean and well maintained as can be seen in the pictures. We've stayed at the Ilikai Marina before and this room is far superior to our previous experience. Although we spent most of our time travelling about on Oahu, we really appreciated the great views from the room. We stayed with our 5 yr old grandson so cleanliness was important to us.”

“The room was clean and well maintained. The pool area was convenient but lacked any kind of view. Parking was attached to the building. The building was kept up pretty well. Overall the hosts have a good location and take good care of what they cana.”
