"Extremely dated facility, old musty smell to the room, breakfast food was poor, eggs were cold, items not refilled. The airport shuttle was extremely late and terribly overcrowded at pick up. Despite the hotel having guests arrive 10 minutes early for airport drop off, the shuttle was 15 minutes late in picking up guests for airport drop off. Overall experience was poor and would not recommend this hotel. "

" I had a reservation for two nights…they did not clean up the room, change towels, or make the beds after the first night. When we brought it to their attention we were told that since we were staying for two nights only they weren’t going to change the towels or clean up the room. Plus they charged about $ 50 per night for parking. Also, we had purchased the breakfast option… they gave us 4 vouchers for the two days we were staying, but the next day when we tried to have breakfast we were told that we could not sit in the dining room and we had to eat our breakfast (which was delivered in a plastic bag) at the lobby. "Room was clean and cozy, resorts has lots of pools, and the staff was extremely friendly. Even the rollaway bed we requested was comfortable. Minor drawback was the food options but there are lots of options nearby. Overall very satisfied with the stay."

"There was a few little things that need attention too. Maybe it’s the time of year but we had constant gnats inside the kitchen. I believe they come inside from under the patio door. I bought k pods but the kerig didn’t work so we had to buy grounds which was fine just wish I didn’t waste my money on the pods. . The kitchen was well equipped with all your cooking needs lots of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. All though everyone had their own bathrooms. There was no power in the master bathroom which I found very odd and unfortunate that i had to run an extension cord from the bedroom to use a blow dryer and straighten. Loved the outside patio and furniture was a plus to use at all hours. Everything outside was clean to use. During the day we could watch the whales out front which was a huge bonus. Our host was very kind and informative when I had questions throughout our stay. Our family enjoyed our stay very much. "
