“旅館有點舊，電話有點故障不易使用，很難與櫃台人員聯絡，房間海景有點被樹擋住了，不過因旅館環境不錯，旁邊還有walkway, 可散步看海，整體來說還不錯”

“Olwen suits is nicely located just opposite LuLu Mall you just need to cross the road for LuLu Mall. It is a small boutique Property which I found neat and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable clean with a nice shower. They also run a restaurant and I had their morning complimentary breakfast which was good and in the evening I took a sandwich which was also well made. Overall an excellent stay. ”

“The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. I had some problems with the room. Lights were complicated and the shower was tiny. The best part of this hotel was the staff in the Indian Restaurant. They were a delight. I’ll be back in Kochi and may not stay there again but I would go and eat there anytime. ”

“It is rare in travel to India that a hotel really delivers but a good, clean and well maintained hotel combined with an exceptionally good service from every member of hotel staff really lived up to my expectations! The hotel room itself was clean, the facilities were warm and modern and the location was great - central. The service from front desk management (in perticular Mr Praveen) was exceptional. I needed a parcel forwarding to north India, unprompted, he totally understood my needs……
