"While the room was in acceptable condition, there are numerous details that require remodeling. Furthermore, it was evident that the hotel was overwhelmed by the high volume of guests. I paid for an ocean-view room but was assigned a room on the 6th floor with absolutely no view. Had I known this would happen, I would have opted for a standard room. The front desk staff informed me this was the only available room at the time. This did not align with my booking expectations, and the staff member avoided my questions, acting as though I had no choice but to accept it. I was incredibly disappointed by this service. Ultimately, I chose to leave the room vacant and stay elsewhere. Even though I still paid for the reservation, I refused to let this hotel ruin my entire trip."

We had knees problem that caused problem to raise up and step into the bath tub for shower, she was very patient and professional dealt with our problem and upgraded us to have a walk in shower room. The room was nice and clean.

"The staffs at the lobby were very polite and helpful. The cleaning team did a good job with the bedding and bathroom. But the properties vet old. The lobby is not ground level . Very inconvenient for seniors and wheelchair guests. Although there is a wheelchair accessible lift, it is locked and requires staff assistance. The sofa/chair at the lobby is old and dirty. No designed parking space at the front for taxis. Mattresses are old and the spring is worn out. Very uncomfortable. The carpet is dirty. My husband had some mite bites on his lower legs. Breakfast has a lot of selection but food quality is just ok. Overall experience is very disappointed with a 5 Stars hotel."
