Room was clean, spacious with a wonderful canal view.

My room was spotless, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful, but the bartenders and servers truly stood out—they were phenomenal. Beachside food and drink service was a first for me, and it was such an amazing experience. The food at the on-site Baleen restaurant was also excellent, and valet parking made everything incredibly convenient.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The apartment was equipped with basic essentials. The area was quiet. I would suggest adding oven mittens in the kitchen as there was nothing to use to take the pan out of the oven with.

This hotel really embraces the art deco, mid century style inside and out. It is clean and well kept, my room was modern, clean, well equipped, yet very retro at the same time, the girl who serviced my room was very friendly and helpful. It is well worth paying a little more for a suite, you get a lot more space and facilities. I had two TV's that were interactive and had most streaming apps, and you could even download more apps if you're streaming apps are not preloaded. The area is quiet and a bit out of town, but the main PSP drag is a five minute drive, half an hour walk or even a bus ride away, you can catch the #4 bus from the airport to the hotel for $1. I would give it 5 stars, but the pool was not heated, and one of the reasons i spend a lot of money traveling to PSP in the winter is for a couple of hours swimming every day.
