Excellent location, we had a meal in the bar on arrival which was very good. Everything in the room we needed for a 3 night stay. We will definitely return

Everything was wonderful. Our room was always clean and the views were outstanding! It was the the best location we could have hoped for. The tram stopped right outside. Just amazing. We will stay again!

Fast, efficient and friendly check in. On arrival our room wasn’t ready, as we were early, but they took care of our cases until we returned later in the day. We were provided with a map of Kraków and reception also added bus / tram numbers and pointed out the main road into the main square. The room was perfect, very clean, great facilities and no noise from in or around the hotel. The location was perfect, within the Jewish quarter and a twenty minute walk into the main square. Very easy to find our way around and would definitely recommend. Reception also helped book our day trip to Auschwitz. Fantastic service and hotel
