We like that it’s close to the airport. The shuttle service is hit and miss (from the airport), so we like that it’s close enough to make taxi or Uber costs not prohibitive.

We were able to call the hotel from the airport and easily get detailed information about the shuttle timings. Missed the shuttle because it would have been nice to know the color of the shuttle or what’s written on it as there are a couple Embassy Suites, North & South. Other than that, the Hotel was super clean, newly renovated, beautifully designed foyer, amazing lobby, beautiful inside balcony overlooking lobby, room balcony with a nice view, nice eating area, and extra areas. We always love staying at any Embassy suites because of the greenery and design inside the hotel. Uplifts our vacations!

We love staying here every time we visit California! We love Juan and Flor at the omelette bar and the all you can eat breakfast buffet, the staff is always great and nice. We also love Jose at the bar, everyone here does a great job and are always so welcoming! We love the new renovations!!

Exactly what i wanted. To watch the airplanes with my grandchildren. We had a 2 queen bed suite with a separate living room with a couch that opened as a queen. All was clean staff was helpful. Parking was easy. Breakfast was good and Breakfast staff were great.

Staff were so friendly, helpful...good people. Hotel itself, beautiful inside. 4th floor water pressure ok...toilet tank takes long time to refill...5 ppl in the room...well... Checkin/checkout smooth. Parking could be better, streetsides are a toss of the dice if you get a spot (we got lucky first night)and $44/night for parking garage. Not terribly far from tourist sites..20-30 was typical for us. Overall, would stay again.

Our room had a bad leak in the bathroom whole floor wet and went out to the bedroom, took forever to get extra towels to clean it up. Called 3 or 4 times to get linens for sofa bed. And then also went to desk. Took over an hr to get them. Constant issues with efficient staff.

We are came from Arkansas and I was expecting great hotel like in AR, and it was. Building are bit different style than AR but very detailed and unique. Free delicious breakfast a plus. Parking my rental car on the street was worried at first but took a word from front desk person and it was no problem and easy parking. I will definitely coming back for next trip to Los angels, CA
