“I stayed here for three nights. The first two nights were great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, my last night raised serious safety concerns for my family. I had to wake up early the next morning for a six-hour drive to Manuel Antonio, but around 1:00 AM, the unit next to ours started playing extremely loud music. A visibly intoxicated couple was yelling and screaming with no regard for others. I attempted to call the front desk multiple times, but there was no answer. After……

“Breakfast was great - lots of variety. Staff was friendly. The room was comfortable but the shower was a bit of a challenge. Scalding hot or too cool but a minor inconvenience. Close to town to enjoy a variety of restaurants and bars but far enough away for quiet evenings.”

“The front desk reception was EXTREMELY helpful when our transfer from La Fortuna to Monteverde failed to show up forcing us to lose 6 hours.”

“Wow, just wow! This hotel exceeded my expectations. Grounds are gorgeous! The sound of the river and the rainforest while lounging in the pools felt like heaven. The pool area is beautiful. The restraunt and staff top notch. El Salto swing a 5 minute walk away. This is where you want to stay. We will be back. ”

“首先，网上说的很吵闹并不觉得，可能是我拿到了一个二楼的房间（15）。wifi信号别的地方不错，这15房间里挺差劲的。另外，他并不提供牙刷牙膏。总体上来说不错，旅游区嘛价格也不是离谱。另外二楼阳台的景色不错，日落的时候等天气凉快一点，可以坐在沙发上看太阳从火山边上落下来，除了面前有几根电线挡住了视线。”

“What a great place. Our room may have been small, but it was perfect for what we needed. Location was easy walk to lots of restaurants and stores. There was a shared kitchen with a fridge and microwave which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great and we even had a few choices of what to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. ”

“酒店工作人员非常友好，尤其是前台姑娘给了我们很多旅行建议和帮助。但内部设施和管理的确不敢恭维，check in时间是下午两点，但我们到达后却说保洁人员还没来打扫，一直等到下午三点多才入住，而入住后我发现保洁只整理了床铺，洗手间地面甚至还有废纸，洗手池下方也漏水严重，地面很多积水。尤其无法忍受的是第一晚房间没有任何毛巾，前台说就是没毛巾的，我们只好在附近买了一条，结果第二天打扫房间后又提供了很多条毛巾。酒店地理位置不错，但如果是像我们一样自驾游的游客真的没必要选择这里。”
