“Adrian welcomed and gave us several restaurant recommendations. The included breakfast was delicious. We had a great view of volcano Arenal from our room. The AC worked great, excellent water pressure in the shower. Hair dryer and toiletries provided. Unlike other hotels, there were hooks to hang your wet towel on. Located far enough away from the main drag that it was quiet at night, but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops.”

“We loved it here! Wonderful pool for the kids, tasty breakfast. The grounds are beautiful and loved seeing the volcano in the afternoon once the clouds cleared a bit. The front desk guy even brought me over to see a mama sloth with her baby that was spotted on the grounds. Loved! Would definitely recommend!”

“A million good things to say about this hotel. Our check-in team was incredibly friendly. When they learned that my mom was sick and had to go to a hospital in San Jose, they processed our refund without any problems. Everywhere we went, the staff exceeded our expectations. The rooftop even provided room service for us, and one staff member went out of their way to bring a special knife to cut open our coconut. This is the kind of place where you can truly relax and trust the people around you……

“We enjoyed our stay here. Good price. Staff was great. Very easy check in. Good location on outskirts of town but close to town. If you are in to birds there are a LOT here. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and good sized. Plenty of parking. WiFi was fast and easy to connect. The things to make note of, and this is common across most hotels in Costa Rica, is the bathroom situation. You can not flush anything. So be aware of this when visiting. The only thing we found odd and only……
