A 100% family-friendly hotel in a great location, with extremely friendly concierge staff who were always helpful and went above and beyond whenever we needed anything. The only real downsides I would mention are the waiters around the pool and at the Surfos Bar. They were rude, provided poor service, and practically expected a tip every time you approached them. If you didn’t tip, they basically stopped coming by to check on you. The other thing I didn’t like was that after around 4 PM, the pools got extremely warm, to the point where pretty much everyone would get out of the water. It’s also worth mentioning that the hotel doesn’t have direct beach access. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located. The front desk staff was also friendly, attentive, and helpful. If they fixed these issues, this hotel could easily be one of the best in San José del Cabo. For the price, I definitely recommend it And at least for me, I’d definitely come back and stay for a couple of nights.

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

This resort is amazing that celebrates the beauty of Mexico. The hospitality is 5 stars and an amazing ocean views from every restaurant. I

Once you stay here, you will not want to stay anywhere else. The entire property is beyond gorgeous and the staff is 100/100.
