“We arrived at the hotel having booked two rooms through Expedia, I had my confirmation on my phone, only to find that they had only one room available on arrival. So we couldn’t stay there.”

“Pratique, chambre climatisée avec tv ayant canal + et bouilloire en chambre. Petit déjeuner moyen, pas de pain le 2ème jour par exemple. Le seul bémol de la chambre : les rideaux ne sont pas occultants et il n’y a pas de volets ou store.”

“Top notch place in the heart of medieval neighborhood. Very well modernized, beautiful and conveniently located! On the downside: no elevator (limited accessibility for elder travelers or travelers with special needs), many messages for accessing the property sent on different devices with partial info each time making it confusing to find critical info (some info came via email, other on Expedia and some on WhatsApp). All should be sent via one platform instead to reduce confusion. A/C was set……
