“location to town”

“I have stayed here multiple times and it’s been fantastic every time. Very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was great! Definitely will be staying here every time I’m in town.”

“Itzel checked us in we were from out of town she was very helpful and informative! There was an event going on so there was a lot of people so we were kind of nervous. The pool was nice and the hot tub . The Craft 309 breakfast was amazing ! Definitely reccomend this hotel !”

“It’s fallen far from what it used to be, jacuzzi is broken the sauna is closed. Kids were hanging on the wall that separates the inside pool from the outside. It needs updating bad”

“They do not accept Expedia. If you make a reservation with Expedia and pay for it, that's too bad, as they won't accept it and you'll have to pay again and then go back and deal with Expedia. "Not our problem." I basically paid $10 more for the night than what I was quoted via Expedia. Was I scammed? How would I ever know. No ice machine. Rooms were clean but dated. The toilet seat was loose, and the TP holder had fallen off the wall. People were talking in the hallway late at……

“Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Got settled in room and TV did not work. Called front desk and the man said, "oh yea that TV doesn't work"! Had to pack up and move to a higher floor. Needed trolley to help so had to find one. No one offered any help. ”

“Staff is very understanding and accommodating to needs. Rooms are always clean, this is my go to hotel for sure 😁 would recommend to anyone visiting in the Peoria, IL and nearby sourrundig areas”
