"The hotel was beautiful as well as the room. Everything super clean. Breakfast was espectacular. They have a rooftop with a nice restaurant. It’s located in a very safe and walkable area. Highly recommended. "

"Room was clean and spacious. Free breakfast was great with many choices. Restaurant also provides a dinner, which was delicious. Free shuttle to the airport was awesome because it was a distance to walk with luggage. We traveled to and from Rome and the airport by train and used the free shuttle to and from the hotel when we arrived and when we were leaving."

Lovely breakfast, large windows , comfortable beds, nice quality linens, huge and wonderful bathrooms. But best of all great security, wonderfully helpful staff, and an excellent location. "Over good experience, maintenance services can be improved, as after filling the form for toilet service door lock, no one arrived for hours. The web maintenance service need improvement. Overall everything was fine."

"Hotel was very clean and staff were top class. Hotel is situated in a good location close to Rome Termini rail station which is great for travelling to other destinations. Staff were polite and helpful . Would stay here again."

"Hi there is totally no air conditioning and the room is hot and you know what when you open the window as there is restaurant around and all the greasy small will come in. Not to mention it’s so noisy there is no way to have a good night sleep. The room is dirty and the bathroom is mouldy. I cankor understand why it’s a 4 star hotel. Please do not book this hotel in anyway. I have taken pictures if there is anyway to post it "
