“We had an excellent stay! Very close to the Ostia Antica Ruins which is a must do. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed including breakfast. The owners were so accommodating and very nice. Highly recommend this property.”

“We had night flight arrived Rome and arranged pick up in advance with the host, Mr Leandro. He gave us very clear details re our meeting point. Right after we arrived the meeting spot, he greeted us with his friendly smile. Upon arrival the guest house, he explained clearly incl breakfast, doors locks.. fire escape route as well. “The property, location were perfect, easy and comfortable to stay and travel from.
The most important and best part of this property is the amazing host Silvy.
Do to unfortunate flight cancellation and delays, Silvy worked with and provided assistance in planning out my extended time due to flight cancellations, and extended my stay until
flight details were made.
Having a beautiful room, quiet, peaceful and comfortable along with a helpful, thoughtful host makes traveling amazing!

“We picked this due to airport shuttle but then when we contacted them we were told there was a charge and it had to be paid in cash, which we did not have. Therefore, we ended up taking bus from airport (No. 8), so that was a disappointment. The shower was quite small and had a bifold door which made it hard to let shower run to get warm as the bifold went in and then the shower water would run outside basin area. Staff was super friendly though and with the bus stop being short walk, it worked……
