“The scone arms is a lovely place to stay. It was lovely and clean the staff were very accomodating. Breakfast was very good with excellent choice, I would highly recommend it. Great value”

“Have biked for a day, nothing better than a cup of tea and a hot shower. There was no kettle until one was produced after an hour and the shower remained cold during all our stay! We also looked forward to a nice evening meal but owing to a large golfing party present it apparently was impossible to find a table for 2 and the nearest hotel / restaurant was closed due to a function. This necessitated a long walk to find an evening meal!”

“The room was adorable and the grounds were amazing. The greater dog was so sweet. Everything was clean and organized and we had a great time. Only confusing part was to ring the doorbell to check in. A modern doorbell was hard to see on a beautiful old building :)”
