“We got there and the front desk staff was lacking energy and talked very softly. The hotel does not have an elevator which was not advertised and was an issue. It took a manager to come in and get us all checked in, We went to our room and the bed wasn't made. The room was not clean. We then headed back to the front desk and it took another 15 minutes to get a clean room. The pool was also closed. Not a great experience.”

“We loved the location of the property and the friendliness of the host. The kitchen has adequate utensils. This was not the easiest place to locate, but the host helped with a great description of how to find it. We felt Expedia misled us when they indicated linens were provided when they definitely were not. Since this was our only booking requiring this it was a bit of a hassle to bring our own sheets, blanket, and pillows for a two night stay.”
