“Excellent Stay at Latitude – Highly Recommended! Initially, we were skeptical about booking a short-term rental in an apartment complex. We were also concerned about the location since we were attending events in New Orleans. We were impressed with everything Latitude had to offer. The parking was excellent, with a designated space in a lot secured by two gated entrances requiring access codes. The lot was extremely well-lit, and the multiple coded entry points made us feel safer than we have……

“The property was accurate, I thought very clean. The host was easy to contact. Neighborhood was centrally located and easy to get to various points in New Orleans. The 3rd bed is more for kids than adults, luckily I have 3. I would stay at this property agin it’s close to a CVS and Walgreens if you need something quickly.”

I felt comfortable and safe and it was so convenient to all I wanted to do.I have very sensitive allergies and there was something affecting me (cleaning solution, cologne, incense????). Hosts were attentive to my troubles and made immediate efforts to help.I left the day before the historic snow storm. It was freezing temperatures that night. Was happy to open the kitchen cabinets and let the faucet drip and was thankful for……

“From arrival to departure our stay was an excellent experience. This Mid-City home was the perfect location to enjoy everything from the French Quarter, Garden District, etc, plus the local Mid-City restaurants and Trader Joe's. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Not to mention the wonderful host who was a great communicator and attentive! Highly recommend!”

“The property although nice, and clean, was not technically in the Garden District. And although they provided coffee, it was a big tub of already opened Folders.....for 350/night....I was expecting to be in the Garden District with a good cup of coffee.”
