“A notre arrivé, les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes malgré que nous sommes arrivées 30 minutes après l'heure d'arrivée indiquée pour avoir la chambre. Au niveau de propreté, c'est très mal géré, il y a des taches partout et l'équipe de l'hotel ne renouvelle pas les équipements de la chambre (savon, papiers toilette, serviettes, etc...). L'equipe n'est pas très aquillante ni sympa. Le seul point positive c'est l'emplacement de l'hotel (environ 25 mins de Disneyland) ”

“Wir buchen immer mal wieder, im Sommer Top im Winter eher nicht zu empfehlen, da die Türen alle etwas undicht sind. Dann zieht es etwas und wenn man dann die Heizung nicht durchlaufen lässt gibt es morgens ein kaltes erwachen. Aktuell wird renoviert. Mal sehen wie es dann ist. Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn. Um die Ecke ist direkt ein Carrefour (Lebensmittelgeschäft) Schön ruhig, super frühstück im Nachbarhotel Campanille , Personal ist freundlich. Einzig ein paar Ladesäulen für Elektroautos……

“bonjour l'hôte m'avait contacté par mail pour dire que cest une chambre chez un habitant j'ai refusé et j'ai pas que ce n'était pas remboursable j'ai recontacté lhôte pour lui dire que je venais malgré que la chambre est à son domicile, mais il avait déjà loué à une autre personne donc il encaisse 2 fois la location c'est vraiment dommage que je n'ai pas bien lu que la réservation n'était pas remboursable.
