Though this rental is an apartment attached to the back of a large house, we still felt like we had lots of privacy and some seclusion with our dog, which is what we were looking for. “Very well done rehab of an old house. Very clean, well furnished and not overly decorated. Would be an amazing spot for a football weekend with friends & family. A little further from campus than we thought and the neighborhood is ‘transitional’ and the house is right on a main road (front bedroom is loud). We would stay there again as we have at least two more years (with our daughter) at UF!”
