“Apartment was just as advertised. Neighborhood was peaceful and quite.”

“Great apartment, trash schedule is odd but that's not the Host's fault.”

“This apartment is in a great location right on the main strip it’s on the smaller side, but has everything you could possibly need. It is also very clean and updated. The booking process and check-in process were excellent. The only drawback that I saw was that it gets very loud at night, with kids from the local universities walking the strip. But otherwise I would highly recommend this.”

“Nice and cozy!!Easy access, clean and comfortable!!Will book again ”

“Exactly what I was looking for, clean place to sleep while I visited my son. ”

“I booked this adorable studio-cottage near campus for our son who had a 12 day lab elective at UF— it’s a summer lab, so campus wasn’t an option. I needed something reasonably priced safe comfortable within close walking distance to/from campus & downtown Gainesville… and this VRBO fit the bill! Communication with hosts was excellent, the photos/description aligned with reality, directions were clear & timely, self check-in was a breeze, cottage was very clean and smelled great, everything……

“The Depot Village Family were very responsive to my questions before arriving and for things needed while we were there! The location was super convenient to downtown and the campus. Would definitely stay again!! ”

“Nice place near downtown”

“We hosted guests for a family wedding here. They were very happy with their stay.”
