“This was the cutest little place!! It was clean and had everything we needed! Location was perfect and bed was comfy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because we chose this property for the outdoor space. The firepit didn't have any wood so we couldn't use it and the grill was a small charcoal and not gas. The outdoor furniture was as listed but it was covered with leaves n pollen so we didn't use that either. Other than that the stay was great and the owners were very easy to contact...

“It was a perfect cozy spot. Hot shower and comfortable bed. I’m in Gainesville from time to time and live in Tampa, so this was the perfect spot! Will stay here again if available next time I’m in town.”

“Easiest check in and out process, very clean and updated room. Only a block away from the Heartwood sound stage and a few blocks from downtown. Worth staying here to cut the cost of uber.”

“This apartment is in a great location right on the main strip it’s on the smaller side,but has everything you could possibly need. It is also very clean and updated. The booking process and check-in process were excellent. The only drawback that I saw was that it gets very loud at night, with kids from the local universities walking the strip. But otherwise I would highly recommend this.”

“The unit itself is a 5 star experience but the parking situation is inconvenient. A narrow singular access point to reach the rear parking creates a gridlock when the other unit's guests block access. Having to go knock and ask them to move their cars became a nuisance. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet, unit is spotless and close to UF. ”
