“What a gorgeous place to stay. Everything we needed was provided from towels, to soap, to cookeware and an excellent amount of pillows. The views are gorgeous and the sound of birds chirping in the morning is music to my ears. Thank you Chris for everything! Highly Recommend, Jessica, Derek, Elijah, Christy, Luke and Kayla! ”

“What a great week … as others stated the property exceeded expectations …. Nice and roomy.. Kitchen is super well equipped … checkin was a breeze as door code provided and easy entrance. Master has great view of lake and sunrise… 2 bathrooms with showers is a bonus… water toys and inflatables were great as was the hot tub … lots of comfy chairs on dock and deck…. Screen in room overlooks lake and is excellent for your morning coffee and reading time…Fire pit area is large and roomy and ample...

“We stayed at ClamOnInn from Monday, July 14 to Friday, July 18, and had a fantastic time. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and comfortably fit our group of seven (two families – four adults and two kids aged 11 and 12).The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.The lake was peaceful and perfect for families. Our kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards, and we felt completely safe letting them explore on their own....

“Our stay was okay however the property was quite messy and differed greatly from the online listing. The listing said there would be things such as wifi and when we arrived we were told we had to bring our own wifi. This did not majorly impact our stay as we still had a good time however it was disappointing to not have amenities that were on the listing.”

“An amazing place to escape from the world without travelling too far. There is lots to do nearby and the set up of the cottage gives you good amount of privacy from neighbouring cottages. Host is readily accessible and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!”

“Easy to find as it’s the first home just off the main road. That being said it can get a little noisy when the large trucks drive by. For the most part it didn’t bother us and you get used to it. Great lake for kayaking (not provided) we brought our own. The dock does have a ladder for easy access. We took our dog to the other end of the lake where it is shallow and has a sandy bottom. “The overall cleanliness of the cottage was disappointing . The place needs a deep clean and has an ant problem. There was a questionable stain on the bunkbed which lead us to believe the sheets weren’t swapped before we arrived. The dock has a motor running 24/7 (assuming to keep the water clear) so don’t bet on a quiet morning coffee out on the water. The communication was frustrating at times. For example when asking about the garbage policy, they failed to mention that you need clear bags...

“This property was so beautiful. The privacy is unmatched. The view from the deck is stunning. The lake is small, quiet, warm and welcoming. We didn't see one boat, not even another person the entire week there! The cottage was spacious and incredibly well-stocked. The host is kind, flexibile and quick to respond. There was also a green space for the outdoor activities. The firepit by the water is a great touch. We will most definitely be back! Thank you! ”

“We had a fantastic time at the cottage! John was incredibly kind and very flexible with both check-in and check-out, which made our trip so much easier to enjoy. The cottage was warm and cozy, even though we visited in mid-April when the weather can still be chilly.The beds were super comfortable, and everything in the home made us feel relaxed and welcomed. You can tell how much care John and Ann Marie have put into making this a perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend this place for anyone...
