Nice surprise in Lake Wales. Our room was clean, spacious and new. We enjoyed our stay at this motel very much.

Everything was good with the 3 day stay on Feb 20, 21 & 22, 2023. The room was nice and clean. It was quiet at night. We didn't hear the people in the other rooms. The owners were very nice and friendly. It was hard to understand their English, but it all went well.

Was not very clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor, the bath mat looked like it was washed with greasey clothes. The towels were changed out but bed not made. Wouldn't stay again.

Would recommend this place to budget travelers. The room was clean and well kept. If your looking for all the extras they are not here. Had coffee pot, microwave and a fridge, no clock, bed was a little soft for our liking. It's in a quiet neighbor hood near the historic section of town. Very good value.
