The space
Condo is appointed with high end kitchen, furniture and decor. It will not disappoint. Terrace includes small dining table for 4. Delightful sitting area to read a book or enjoy complete peace with the birds.

Well located with Wellington and all its charm to the East, for all your shopping needs, full of restaurants, and large mall, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. To the East is the Beach and Palm Beach and all the choices and beauty that entails.

Clubhouse features after-golf restaurant for lunch or dinner and a bar for an evening cocktail. Guests have access to gym and sauna 24/7. Two pools, one next to the restaurant and the other, steps from the unit. Tennis courts available and a round of golf for a modest fee. Condo comes equipped with 2 sets of clubs, one for women, one for men.
