“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”

“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”

“Hotellet ligger perfekt til i byen. Det er kun fem minutter å gå til torget. De ansatte var utrolig hyggelige og gjorde alt for at oppholdet vårt skulle bli så bra som mulig. Hvis jeg noen gang ska tilbake til Cusco blir det på samme hotell!”

“丁寧で親切な対応で快適に過ごすことができた。朝食の時間に遅れたが、きちんと対応してくれた。 24時間受付がいて、朝4:00開始のツアーでも対応してくれた。 ただ、旧市街の中心地から距離があり、毎回歩くとさすがに疲れるのでタクシーが必要。 近所に売店や食事するところがあり、ちょっと歩くがショッピングモールがあり便利”
