The check in process needed more clarification however tracey and Antoine immediately fixed the problem. I truly enjoyed myself and help was only a phone call away. The property is kids friendly and clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking is first come first serve however the area is very quite and road side parking is safe. So if you looking for a nice quite area to relax with your friends or family come here, the staff will definitely accommodate you.

Every member of staff were very kind and helpful. The property gives you both a pool and beach option. The rooms could be updated however they were very clean and otherwise comfortable.

Overall, we had a good experience at the Magdalena Grand. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The service we received from the team was appreciated, especially when dealing with an unexpected issue. On our first night, there was a plumbing problem and we were unable to use the water for showering. The issue was resolved later that night, and the staff made an effort to provide alternative arrangements so we could manage while it was being fixed. Their willingness to assist helped make the situation less frustrating. The breakfast was decent and similar to what you would expect at many hotels. The selection was somewhat limited and it was not particularly spectacular, but it was also not disappointing. Overall, the Magdalena Grand provided a pleasant stay. While there were a few areas that could be improved, the cleanliness, friendly staff, and good customer service contributed to an enjoyable experience

I will definitely be back. This is now my go to when I'm in Tobago. Definitely a home away from home. The best part of this property is the warm and inviting pool - Perfection. The host was great and I can't thank him enough for being very effective and easy to communicate with. And also going beyond to source me my yummy goodies to bring back home. Great value for money.

Absolutely loved my stay! Perfect location, clean, maybe missing a BBQ grill but otherwise very well stocked, spacious with a comfy bed!
