The grounds are beautiful but the entire facility is not maintained at all . Not one aspect of this place has any modern amenities . We can excuse poor WiFi and weather related problems , but from staff to its so called all inclusive package . Assistance or food was non existent . The rooms are seriously antiquated , besides breakfast no other services exist . The communal areas have no fans and it’s serious mosquitos attacking . The fixtures are outdated , the bath soap was in some mini bottles marked in marker , the toilet seat was worn and the bed was lumpy . I mean for an all inclusive resort at least provide basis and this did not get ONE

We stayed at Coco Reef in Aug 2026 for 5 days. The hotel has a very nice Caribbean vibe.
The property is clean but could use some updating.
The staff was amazing and always available when needed. They were able to arrange transportation and provide recommendations for tours. Elizabeth at the front desk was awesome!
The breakfast buffet was good but recommend not waiting until 9:30 to go as they close at 10 and many items had run out. I spoke with the front desk so they could correct the situation.
Our room 149 had great view of the grounds, beach, and bay.
