“we arrive later than the check in time so we see no receptionists there. luckily we went to a bar and the waiter gave us the key. the hotel should better tell us what to do/who to find beforehand. there is no shower in the house so it is inconvenient to go out under such a freezing weather. the house is beautiful and more beds than required. i like the garret.”

“The hotel is a very new property so things are still very new looking and not worn. The staff is very nice and helpful but unfortunately that’s where nice things end. This property has two big issues. first the location. It’s right next to Copenhagen Main train station so trains come and go constantly starting from 4 AM. Number two is that the rooms according to the hotel staff does not have a so called Central AC system for every room. In our case we had to open the windows at night and sleep……

“Room cleaning is only provided upon request at the front desk. However, they only give you one bath towel, meaning if you don't ask for a room clean, you're stuck using the exact same towel for multiple nights. On top of that, luggage storage comes with an extra fee. Given the price I paid (though it might be because I booked through a third-party platform), it’s really not worth it”

“Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, they upgraded our room to a higher floor to compensate for the lack of AC at no cost. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the "happy hour" from 17 to 18 is a nice touch. The breakfast is fabulous.”
