"Reception bar staff( 2 males)on arrival were friendly and helpful. The girl on checkout was a bit dismissive. The hotel was funky although some areas were dark and not so welcoming ( the lift lobby) felt like it was forgotten about. Overall great, clean tidy and a good vibe."

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. " Hotel is in a good location. Our basement room was disappointing in that the bathroom door didn't close properly and the soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower when used. I didn't like that the shower head was imbedded high on the wall and no way to manouvre it. Our dirty coffee cups were not replaced nor the coffee / milk replenished. "

"First of all the staff at Crowne Plaza made are trip the best one ever experienced by us. The food is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ top notch, also the pool was small but great 😊 and we didn’t use it but the gym looks friendly and professional. Over all I absolutely recommend."
